ermm ermm.. today first is pse? tok about de IRC huh? idk leh forget le.. then english went lab.. tat michelle lar.. siiao siiao de.. then pe? warm-up? went run le lor.. starting pei jeremy and chairmen run de .. then wait for keechong? then run run run.. then found shakir run with him lor.. then keep asking them to run.. finish it around 14+? then after tat pei shakir complete is 2.4km.. starting only 1 to 2 person only lor. then all come!
